The Hard Part

I finished my revisions. I finished them a day early. I should be excited, happy, proud—right? I’ve gone through my editor’s checklist, and I’ve addressed every issue, and addressed them well. I reread the whole thing today, and I was actually impressed with what I’ve accomplished. I thought the book was the best it could be when I first submitted it–but now it’s even better.

So it’s time to attach it to an e-mail and send it on to my editor, right?

Right.

I’m trying. I’m trying.

I can’t do it.

Pushing the “send” button and committing myself to being DONE is harder than writing an entire novel!
